Our chefs demonstrate how to make the dishes in both private and group cooking classes. Private classes enable our guests to participate in a more hands-on culinary experience as guests will largely create their own dishes from start to finish (subject to safety and hygiene requirements).
The cooking component of our group classes is more demonstration focused with hands-on guest participation where possible. Guests are free to roam the garden and pick their own produce directly from the organic vegetable garden or fruit trees in both our private and group experiences.

Private Classes: Monday – Friday
10am – 2pm (year-round)
Group Classes: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
6pm-10pm (May-Sep) / 5pm-9pm (Oct-Apr)
The cooking component of the experience runs for approximately 2.5 hours followed by a 3 course meal to be enjoyed at your own leisurely pace. Overall, our cooking classes run for approx. 4 – 4.5 hours.
Private & group class menus
Our private class enables you to tailor your own 3 course menu and enjoy private hands-on tuition in an intimate setting. Choose from our popular set menu classes such as: Caprese, Lemon Twist, La Cucina di Casa, Giardino di Capri, Festa di Famiglia, Seasonal Produce, vegan or tailor your own menu.
Our group class enables you to meet other people while you learn to make Capri’s most renowned dishes in our Caprese Masterclass: Insalata Caprese, Ravioli Capresi and Torta Caprese.
Our cooking class experience includes cooking demonstration, garden tour and harvests, class participation and digital photos, along with:
- Brunch/Spuntino/Aperitivo & 3 course meal (as made by you of course)
- Explanation of the history of dishes
- Michel’angelo extra virgin olive oil tasting, wine tasting and homemade limoncello digestivo
- Non-alcoholic beverages
- Linen apron and digital recipes
- Private transfer to and from our garden villa
Private classes – €290 per adult, €190 per child (5-12 years)
Group classes – €240 per person
Classes are limited to a minimum of 2 and maximum of 12 people. Bookings are essential and must be made no later than 24 hours before the day of the class, subject to availability.
For group classes, while we accept reservations for 1 guest, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class should no other guests join the scheduled class.
Classes are held in English and/or Italian.
Our private classes are perfect for the experienced chef who prefers hands-on cooking or for couples, families or groups with any level of cooking experience who prefer to cook in their own private culinary experience. Guests in our private classes largely create the dishes they will be enjoying as their 3 course meal.
Our group classes are perfect for enthusiastic cooks of all levels (beginners to experienced), who prefer to meet others in a relaxed yet professional setting. Our group classes are more demonstration style with guest participation where possible, subject to hygiene requirements.
Private transfers are organised 15 minutes prior to the commencement of your class.
Private classes: You can specify your private transfer pick up location at your hotel, nearest private parking station, the port or other agreed location.
Group classes: There are 2 transfer meeting points:
Capri: Piazza Europa Private Parking Station, Via Roma (opposite the Limoncello di Capri store and Bar Europa), or
Anacapri: Piazza della Pace Bus Terminal, Viale De Tommaso (the bus terminal for the Blue Grotto/Lighthouse).
