Sit back and relax while your local private chef cooks an authentic Caprese meal right before your eyes in a unique garden setting just for you and your dining companions.
Guests will experience a 5 course meal of their chosen cuisine (vegetarian, vegan, seafood, meat, traditional or a combination) and curated by the chef in accordance with guest dietary preferences and requirements.
We selectively pair our Michel’angelo wine varieties with each course so that guests experience enhanced flavour combinations to savour the essence of Caprese cuisine and the texture and structure of our local wine.
Degustation dining experiences are held every day (excluding Saturdays) for lunch or dinner.
You can reserve your lunch experience between 11.30am and 1.30pm or your dinner experience at 6.00pm (October – May) or 7.00pm (June – September).
Your 5 course meal is enjoyed at your own leisurely pace. On average our degustation dining experiences run between 2 – 3 hours.
Our degustation dining experience includes a 5 course meal (served family style or individually) of your chosen menu/s, along with:
Private degustation dining experience: €190 per person.
Children 5 – 12 years: €90 per child.
Private degustation dining experiences are limited to a minimum of 2 and maximum of 20 people. Bookings are essential and must be made no later than 24 hours before the experience, subject to availability.
You can specify your private transfer pick up at your hotel, nearest private parking station, the port or other agreed location and private transfer is organised 15 minutes prior to the commencement of your dining experience. Private transfer is also organised at the conclusion of your dining experience.
