Experience a 5 course meal prepared by local Caprese chefs, led by Gianluca D’Esposito, while you’re seated seaside listening to the sounds of summer with our live musicians.

Starting with standing apertisers, moving to Insalata Caprese and Zucchini Parmigiana, then watch your local chefs prepare your fresh pasta dishes of Ravioli Capresi (in two sauces) and Fettuccine al Limone, before enjoying secondi of the traditional Pizza Monacone pastry pie and fresh local fish cooked all’acqua pazza with mixed organic vegetable sides and fresh salads. Finish with fresh fruit homemade sorbet, Torta Caprese and Limoncello Tiramisu!
