Learn how to make pasta art with the master pasta maker, Pia Gava, with a sea view:
– Cavatelli with semola and water dough with tomato and basil sauce;
– Ravioli with egg and flour dough infused with fresh basil leaves using wooden ravioli mould with ricotta, lemon zest and black pepper filling and a white wine and butter sauce;
– Corzetti with egg, wine and flour dough with an extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts and marjoram sauce.
Includes wine tasting, extra virgin olive oil tasting, linen apons, digital recipes, photographs and tasting notes.
