LIMONCELLO WORKSHOPS
ENJOY A RANGE OF LIMONCELLO INSPIRED DRINKS & DESSERTS
We’re excited to launch Michel’angelo’s brand-new dedicated limoncello experience. In our villa garden, which has two lemon trees along with a range of citrus fruits including oranges, mandarins and grapefruits, guests will be treated to an arrival limoncello spritz and aperitivo bruschetta platter before participating in a limoncello making demonstration.
Guests will then learn to make two limoncello desserts; Torta Caprese al Limone and Limoncello Gelato, before tasting all the lemon deliciousness and taking home a mini bottle of homemade limoncello, a slice of Torta Caprese al Limone and digital recipes!

Daily (by appointment). 2 hours duration.
PRIVATE TASTINGS
Private limoncello workshops are held by appointment only. The sessions are limited to a minimum of 5 guests and a maximum of 10 guests.
INCLUSIONS
Our Limoncello Workshop includes an arrival limoncello spritz, aperitivo bruschetta platter and a limoncello making demonstration. Guests will learn how to make two limoncello desserts; Torta Caprese al Limone and Limoncello Gelato. They’ll also receive:
- A slice of Torta Caprese al Limone.
- Digital recipes.
- Michel’angelo professional extra virgin olive oil tasting (7 varieties including our popular lemon-infused variety). Guests will gain an insight into olive oil properties, olive harvesting and production of extra virgin olive oil.
- Digital extra virgin olive oil tasting notes.
- Digital photos upon request.
- Private transfer to and from our garden villa (pick-up from the agreed location is 15 minutes prior to workshop commencement).
PRICES
Private tasting experience – €150 per person, minimum 5 guests and maximum 10 guests.

PRIVATE TRANSFERS
For private tastings, you can specify your private transfer pick up at your hotel, nearest private parking station, the port or other agreed location.
Private transfer pick ups are organised 15 minutes prior to the commencement of your scheduled workshop. Private transfer is also organised at the conclusion of your workshop.
