There’s nothing better than savouring a delicious gelato or sorbet to cool you down in the Italian summer heat; even more so, when you’ve made it yourself! Using our professional gelato/sorbet making machine, we teach guests how to make various gelato or sorbet flavours using our seasonal organic homegrown fruits. Think hand picked lemons, figs, apricots, plums, grapefruits, melons and even prickly pears!
Our other favourite flavours include chocolate, vanilla, caffé, nuts or even Torta Caprese.
Learn how to make both sweet dessert sorbets and/or savoury palate cleanser sorbets (think parsley, mint, rosemary, cucumber, basil and tomato combinations) depending upon our seasonal garden produce. Guests enjoy the fruits of their labour while relaxing in our garden setting!
Private workshops are held by appointment only. Tastings run for approximately 2 hours.

Gelato & sorbet workshop experiences are limited to a minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 people. Bookings are essential and must be made no later than 24 hours before the experience, subject to availability.
You can specify your private transfer pick up at your hotel, nearest private parking station, the port or other agreed location.
Private transfer pick ups are organised 15 minutes prior to the commencement of your scheduled workshop. Private transfer is also organised at the conclusion of your workshop.
