Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. In using this website, reserving and/or attending a food experience or purchasing products, you accept to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time.
  2. Michel’angelo may use ingredients containing gluten, nuts, eggs, milk or other allergens, as well as, equipment used for processing nuts, eggs, milk and wheat products in its food experiences. Should you have any allergies or dietary requirements, you must take the necessary protections required to participate in the food experience.
  3. Guests/attendees indemnify, exclude and release Michel’angelo and its authorised representatives, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability of any kind (including of action(s), suits, arbitrations, claims, demands, costs, debts, damages, expenses, fees, taxes, surcharges and legal proceedings) for any damage, accident, injury or illness whatsoever arising out of, or in any way connected with, their attendance at a scheduled food experience. Guests/attendees understand and accept that their participation in the food experience is voluntary and that they knowingly assume all risks associated with their attendance at the food experience and home restaurant.
  4. In registering for a food experience, guests/attendees confirm their consent for Michel’angelo to use, publish and/or reproduce photograph(s), image and/or audio obtained during the food experience for an undefined period of time. If a guest/attendee does not consent to images, audio or photos to be taken during the food experience and/or being used by Michel’angelo, please expressly advise Michel’angelo in writing prior to the commencement of the scheduled food experience.
  5. Food experiences will operate in accordance with any COVID related legislative requirements. Guests/attendees agree to comply with all relevant COVID regulations in place from time to time in the interests of health and safety.
  6. Food experience reservations and product sales are confirmed upon full payment. Guests will receive a confirmation of their reservation and/or sale upon completion of the payment transaction.
  7. Michel’angelo is not responsible of any international transaction fees, conversion rates or any fees in respect of any payments made via this website.
  8. Should you wish to cancel a scheduled experience, you are required to notify Michel’angelo via email at bookings@caprimichelangelo.com.
  9. Cancellations made prior to 30 days before a scheduled food experience are fully refundable.
  10. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled food experience for any reason are non-refundable including late arrivals and no-shows.
  11. If you are unable to attend a scheduled food experience, you can arrange for another guest to attend in your place.
  12. Ability to reschedule food experiences is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
  13. Michel’angelo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a food experience due to sickness or any other unforeseen reason. On the rare occasion this occurs, all guests will be notified within 24 hours of the class commencement and the option to reschedule to another date (subject to availability) or a full refund will be provided. Should Michel’angelo be unable to host your scheduled food experience due to circumstances beyond our control, Michel’angelo is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses whatsoever that you may incur.
