Gianluca and Holly, the owners of Michel’angelo, regularly visit the olive farm and production facility where the olives are carefully selected, harvested by hand directly from the tree and pressed within a few hours. Our EVOO is produced for our Michel’angelo cooking school and we want to share them beyond our kitchen and into yours.
