In our private cooking experience, learn how to cook a traditional Caprese 3 course meal from a local Capri chef using homegrown produce and recipes passed down through the family for generations.
Private experiences enable guests to tailor their own 3 course menu and participate in a hands-on culinary experience. Guests largely create their own dishes from start to finish (subject to safety and hygiene requirements).
In our group pasta/tasting, experience a local cheese, wine and extra virgin olive oil tasting, hands-on pasta making and enjoy a plate of pasta and the chef’s daily dessert with a sea view and new friends.
Our group pasta/tasting experience is perfect for travelers who have limited time on the island or visiting the island on a day trip, as well as, enthusiastic cooks of all levels who prefer to meet others in a relaxed yet professional setting.
Join our group cooking show experience and sit back and relax as your local Capri chef prepares a 5 course meal for you to enjoy whilst meeting others in a unique private villa setting with a sea view.
Your local chef will share their secrets in a demonstration style cooking show as you sip on Spritz’ and savour apertisers. A multi course meal will be served on the balcony paired with local wine while the Luna Caprese glimmers over the sea.

All cooking experiences include:
- Garden tour and harvests;
- Interactive cooking demonstrations;
- Brunch/Spuntino/Aperitivo, Spritz & Prosecco;
- Explanation of the history of dishes;
- Michel’angelo extra virgin olive oil (7 varieties) and wine tasting (5 varieties);
- Non-alcoholic beverages (water, sodas, juices);
- Digital recipes, tasting notes and photos;
- Private transfer to and from our garden villa.
- Private cooking experience guests also take home their 100% linen apron made in Italy.
Classes are held in English and/or Italian.
Cooking experiences are limited to a minimum 2 guests. For group experiences, while we accept reservations for 1 guest, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class should no other guests join.
Bookings are essential, guaranteed upon payment and must be made no later than 24 hours before the day of the class, subject to availability.
Dietary requirements, preferences and/or allergies must be advised upon reservation.

You can specify your private transfer pick up location at your hotel, nearest private parking station, the port or other agreed location.
Private transfer upon completion of the experience to any car accessible location on the island.
Group experiences: 2.45pm & 7pm
Meeting Point: Piazza della Pace Bus Terminal, Viale De Tommaso (the bus terminal for the Blue Grotto/Lighthouse) in Anacapri.
Private transfer upon completion of the experience is to Marina Grande Port, Piazza Europa in Capri or Piazza della Pace in Anacapri.
