CAPRI ACCOMMODATION
We have collaborated with a historic villa in Anacapri to offer accommodation plus culinary and cultural packages! Enjoy luxury accommodation combined with island simplicity, local food, life and nature all year round.

about our villa
It’s no secret that this past summer in Capri has been one of the busiest on record. The over-tourism has meant that many travellers have been unable to experience the immense beauty and natural wonder of the island, along with its rich culture and local life.
Our villa collaboration will offer guests tranquility and relaxation. Perched high in Anacapri, surrounded by a huge garden with sea views, every villa stay includes:
- 5 bedrooms with large double-beds. All linen included.
- 4 bathrooms with shower & bidet. Towels & toiletries included.
- Fully equipped kitchen plus an outdoor pizza oven.
- Dining room plus living room with TV.
- Laundry with washing machine.
- x terraces plus outdoor dining set.
- Outdoor pool with sun loungers. Towels included.
- Housekeeping (2 hours per day).
- Linen change (once per week).
- WIFI.
- Air conditioning/heating.
- Parking.
- Port transfers on arrival & departure. During your stay, we can provide details for taxis or scooter rental.
Winter & fall villa packages
It may be a surprise that the original modern day “tourists” visited during the fall and winter months. The low season climate on the island is mild in comparison to the snow-capped mountains of Northern Europe. Capri’s natural beauty shines in all seasons.
While the majority of hotels, restaurants, beach clubs and bars close by November, local life actually revives during this time. As islanders working in hospitality, we have time to socialise, attend community events, enjoy the restaurants and bars that open year-round to service locals and enjoy the island’s natural beauty on hikes. A visit to Capri during the low season enables the curious traveller to gain a deeper insight to daily life in one of the most iconic island destinations in the world.
While we can’t guarantee the weather, we can guarantee our guests will enjoy their luxury accommodation and range of tailored activities.

The villa is nestled in a quiet neighbourhood of picturesque Anacapri, a short 10-15 minute walk from the historic town centre and a 1 minute walk to our garden villa. The closest bus stop is a short 2 minute walk and buses run regularly along the Blue Grotto bus line between the villa and the historic town centre.
A regular bus timetable also operates between the Anacapri historic town centre and the Capri historic town centre.
There is also taxi/private vehicle/scooter access to the villa.
Anacapri is located on the higher part of the island above Capri and is home to some of the most significant sites on the island including the mesmerising Blue Grotto, the Monte Solaro chairlift, Villa San Michele and the Lighthouse.
- Airfares or travel to the island (i.e. ferry tickets).
- Additional villa charges such as mini bar purchases, room service, laundry or other services.

Yes, absolutely! Please see below a list of our products. Just let us know at time of booking what you would like to purchase, and we’ll have it waiting for you upon arrival:
Solo travelers and couples, along with groups of less than 10 guests, are more than welcome to rent the villa however, the villa rental price can not be reduced as it is rented as an entire accommodation facility.
Smoking is not permitted at the villa.
No parties are permitted at the villa.
Yes they do, subject to rough seas. Ferries to Capri operate from Naples or Sorrento.
There are 2 ports in Naples, Molo Beverello where the high-speed ferries depart (50 mins to Capri) and Calata Porta di Massa where the slow ferries (car ferries) depart (1-1.25 hours to Capri).
When the sea is rough and/or there are strong winds, the slow ferries are more likely to run than the high speed ferries. It’s rare but during very rough weather, the ferries may be cancelled and few or no ferries may depart or arrive on the island.
Travelling from Sorrento is a shorter trip (20 mins fast ferry or 30 minutes slow ferry). For those who are not good sea fearers, we recommend taking the shorter ride from Sorrento and on the slower ferries.
We have a range of activities to keep the curious traveller entertained. You can choose from a diverse selection of organised activities or simply enjoy the communal areas of the villa while enjoying aperitivo, local wine and playing Capri Monopoly or Tombola.
The villa has a library of English books for guests to read and we can also hold cooking classes, food experiences and other activities in the communal areas of the villa or (weather permitting) in our covered outdoor kitchen in our villa garden.
Activities cancelled due to weather will be fully refunded.
Bring warm clothes and layers including jackets and scarfs. While there may be some beautiful sunny winter days, the evenings are always cooler and in Anacapri, there is more humidity.
We will refund the daily accommodation rate should there be not one ferry service running from either Naples or Sorrento. That is, we will refund only the night affected by the lack of ferry service.
You can view expected weather forecasts here.
Weather is becoming more unpredictable. There may be days the island experiences storms, rain and wind (but this is possible all year round).
No matter the weather, we can adjust activities to ensure you have a great time.
The island has a very different vibe during the low season. It is more relaxed, more communal and in many ways has a more creative energy. We dine and go to bed earlier to take advantage of the shorter days. We enjoy spectacular sunrises at 7.30am and sunsets at 4.30pm.
Dinner reservations open earlier and kitchens/bars close earlier but there is always something to do.
A winter visit is not for everyone. We recommend following our Instagram and watching our previous Christmas highlights, along with listening to our Podcast – Christmas in Capri.
