Our range of preserved and pickled organic vegetables are grown, harvested and bottled at the same small family run farm in Campania which grows, harvests and bottles our mouth-watering and popular pomodorini tomato sauces. The warm, sunny climate during the Summer months and the fertile, nutritious soil is ideal to cultivate these specialty variety vegetables.

Grown in a certified organic farm, matured naturally without pesticides or fertilizers, harvested by hand and bottled with no preservatives, thickeners or dyes. They are produced for our Michel’angelo cooking school and we want to share these delicious natural preserved vegetables beyond our kitchen and into yours.
